Blue Badge Parking Available
The raised viewing platform is available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. Only the approved customer and their essential companion will have access to the raised viewing platform. This allows us to accommodate as many customers who require use of this facility as possible.
Limited seating is also available at each platform.
The raised viewing platform may get busy. Please note that it will be operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A dedicated ground viewing area is available to those who need a less crowded area and the option of sitting for short periods.
The ground viewing areas are situated in front of the raised viewing platforms and are separated from the main crowds by a barrier. These are primarily standing areas, although limited seating is available and is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Transit & Car Hire & Public Accessibility
Public Transit: The local public transport system is wheelchair accessible.
Car Hire: Unfortunately, no car hire companies offering vehicles with wheelchair ramps have been identified in Malta.
3. Drop-Off Points for Accessibility Customers
Drop-off points are available for accessibility customers at Uno Malta and Ta’Qali Concert Area, sharing the same entrance as General Admission.
For Café Del Mar, the drop-off point is located in the car park, marked on the venue map.
For Bora Bora, the drop-off point is location at the entrance of the hotel.

4. Wristbands & Lanyards
Attendees are encouraged to wear wristbands on their wrists for safety reasons. However, wristbands on lanyards are an option for those who prefer them.
Wristband Collection: We prefer that each person collect their own wristband at the venue. As an accessibility customer, you are able to skip the queue
5. Required Documents on Arrival
All accessible tickets sent to us will be marked on the access list. Attendees will need to show their national disability card or a valid photo ID as confirmation.
6. Lane Access
The entrance for access customers is the same location as for General Admission and VIP. Please follow signage for accessible lanes.
7. Café Del Mar
The Venue provides full accessibility to all land areas via the use of ramping.
Unfortunately, there is no transfer available to the pool for wheelchair users at Café Del Mar.
8. Access Platform (AVP) at Concert Area
The Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) at the concert area is available for approved ticket holders and their essential companions with limited mobility/wheelchairs only. Each ticket holder is allowed one essential companion to join them on the AVP unless otherwise specified.
9. Box Office Support & Operating Hours
The box office will be open at all venues for the entire duration of the event. Please find times below:
For those physically unable to attend the box office, alternative support options will be available and signposted at each venue. These options include an on-duty accessibility manager to ensure an accommodating stay.
10. Blue Badge Parking
Blue badge parking is available at some of the venues. Please notify us of the venue you will be attending so we can reserve a space for you (using the contact in the section ‘Point of Contact’). Parking areas are situated close to each venue, and further directions will be provided upon contact.

Boat Party: Unfortunately, the boats are not accessible.
12. Food & Drink Access
UNO Malta – A bar will be available in the Accessibility Area to purchase drinks. The Accessibility Manager will be able to help purchase food from the on-site vendors.
Ta’ Qali Concert Area – A bar will be available in the Accessibility Platform to purchase drinks. The Accessibility Manager will be able to help purchase food from the on-site vendors.
Cafe Del Mar – All Bars & Food are accessible across the venue.
13. Temporary Impairments
Please note that our accessible facilities are unable to cater for people with temporary impairments. A temporary impairment is anything that affects an individual for less than 12 months, such as broken bones, healing injuries or pregnancy.

With the Accessibility pass, no bag size restriction is set. Furthermore, If ‘special’ food is required, the attendee can bring it along in a transparent plastic bag.
